Docs and Fxtion are Street Scene grilles. I think Doc either painted it or might have had it black chromed..cant remember...but both of them are definately made by Street Scene.
So they had them custom made or bought off the shelf? Wonder for how much, maybe I could send them my icon pic and get it done if customed. Either would be hot.

Those are stock SS grilles. I think FXtion's is chrome. Doc bought the Satin one and had it custom black chromed....looks sick. They added their Infiniti badges from their stock grilles.
In order to install the SS grilles, the way they did it, you have to destroy your stock grille. You cut out all the bars and just leave the out shell, then this one clips onto the outer shell of the stock piece.
I think the SS clips on without cutting the inner bars...but it does not look right because you easily see the bars behind it. If you look at FXtion's album, I think he still has some pics of the bars behind the grill. He cut them out, and it looks much better.
Checked street scenes out, they must have added the badge later. I have an idea that Im going to try. Get a used chrome grille and paint it gloss black except for the part of the grille that holds the badge. I will leave that portion and the badge chrome.
Any idea what it cost to paint the grille? Thanks
Painting the stock one or the SS one?
edit: you can do both yourself. The badge has molding tape/paste behind it. Just heat it up using a heat gun or hair dryer and pull. You'll have to strip the chrome paint on the grille and from there on you can use rattle can paints/primers. Here's my experience @ my apartment with my shower curtain.. DON'T do as I do though.. Cleaning the bathroom is a b!tch
Alternatively, get it professionally painted. It should cost about $200-250
Replied to your pm.
toy4x is right on what I did to my ss grill. Custom chroming was more then the grill!! But I did it this way instead of painting it because I did not want to have to deal with painting it again on due to rock chips that will come with time. My grill even now after over 50k miles still looks new.
Can't remember if I asked, but what was the cost of the custom chroming?
Approx. $300 I believe. That also included the infiniti badge too. Which I still have but not using at the moment.
