Welcome and I'm assuming your talking about the "Sports" lights.....you can get them used from someone or buy them brand new from the dealer.

Thanks for the nice words. The smoked tail lights are on the sport package option for the 35's and standard on all 45 models. Check out the 35 mod section for ideas on mods and where to buy them. There are a lot of aftermarket parts for the 35 but very few for the 45's.

Oh and welcome to the Scene!

sewell sells the clear lights actually, but they are cheaper on ebay.

sorry for the foul language. but yeah i was thinking about going over to sewell to check them out. i found them for like 299. from sewell but i want the sport looking ones. i'll let you all know how it goes thanks for the fast feedback and "positiveness" lol..

thats what i did went with a new pair in my profile is my fx and you can see the lights kind of.. but if you live in the dallas area i believe they can waive the shipping fee and you will still get a deal. and at the dealership they go for $800. thats what the parts guy told me here at sewell. but if you want the used its cool you could save about $100. its up to you man. goodluck!

How easy is it to switch these out, do they just pop out?

TOO EASY!! on the outside ones pop the plastic off on the side of where the hatch connects to the body and i believe there are three nuts then gently pop it out the lights from the clip. then there is some shrink wrap around the adapter part for the l.e.d. lights, if you buy the new ones it comes with it used ones doubt it. i think all that does is keep the male and female adapters connected anyways unplug the old plugin the new. then install the new ones reverse the way you took them out. on the hatch on the inside there is three little pop in clips pop thoes out and behind them is the nuts unscrew on the last nut make sure you hold the light it might fall out unplug the light install the new ones reverse the way you took them out..

Four small plastic tabs pop off to reveal nuts. The lights themselves have studs. Three nuts/studs per side IIRC. One with plastic tab covering the reverse, one plastic tab covering a stud for the tail light, and the corner plastic covers the second stud for the tail light.

It took me all of 15 minutes to swap 'em all, including replacing bulbs and removing it all from its packaging

(someone already beat me to this but I'm adding to it I guess)

I believe the nuts are 10mm...
