I'm Planning on doing a this mod in addition to spraying my Intercooler. I think this would also work for any NA engine. According to the Manufacturer, it reduces the air temp up to 50% therefore the temp will be denser, hence more power.

Needed equipment:

1. DEI CryO2 5 or 10Lbs. tank with Install kit. ($250)
2. DEI CryO2 3" Intake Cooler ($100)
3. Fill tank with CO2 or Nitrous

The system works by piping CO2 or Nitous though a metal ball inside the 3" intake tube to lower the Air temp as it passes through the Ball. The Gas then purges out of the hood in the air and does not come in contact with the air going into the engine.

This mod should have none of the negative effects of Nitrous or CO2.

I'll have install pics next week.

The only problem I see with this is humidity. Just like a cold glass brought out side, where the side is all wet from the outside air.
Just like a peltier can cool a computer, the surrounding metal would drip water from the air.
I would be worried about water going in the plenum.....
just my .02 centz

^^ +1. Just use it on the intercooler since any condensed water in there would evaporate until it comes into the plenum. On the other hand, if it can be a controlled decrease with no or very minimal condensation, it'd be a good thing. The condensed water would evaporate quickly in the runners and reduce the temps on that part as well..

meth makes me faster.makes me stay up all nite.i love it.i feel invincible.i didnt know i could get it for a car.do i have to put it on a plate in front of the intake and let the car sniff it up. that be awesome.im gonna go see who those men in black are outside my window. are they following you too?can i borrow your gun?

I thought about "methanol" but I couldn't find any room under the hood for the tank. Also, didn't want to carry a flammable liquid under the hood.

Both CO2 and Nitrous are non-flammable gases.

As far as condensation is concerned, the amount of "Water Buildup" entering the engine is not significant enough to cause any issues. It will just evaporate.

On the other hand for under $400, I think this is not bad.

you can also use your winshield washer resevour & you can use peak -20 washer fluid as both a windshield cleaner & inject it as meth... it is meth mixed with water close to that 40/60 ratio... in a pinch denatured alcohol can do the job too but meth is better...

there are other brands of low temp windshield washer fluid that is commonly used that can work, but look at the ingredients & make sure it contains no propylene glycol or anything glycol cause that's anitfreeze & not god to inject, also shake it & make sure no soap bubbles form, otherwise low temp washer fluid is great for this...

^^ +1 and will be much cheaper than CO2 as well as last longer. CO2 will evaporate as soon as it hits the plenum/intercooler. It'll decrease the intake temps BUT meth injection will cool your combustion chamber. Better choice, IMO. There are people who even use meth injection and no intercooler. Not a wise choice but shows how effective can it be in FI applications. If you really want to go for it, why not use meth injection on your engine AND CO2 on your intercooler?

I spoke to Tadashi of TechnoSquare yesterday, and told him what I was goint to do. He said in order for it to work well, the MAF must sense he air temp. But, he said to do all the plumming, get it installed, and take it there for him to see.

Ok, most of the plumming is in. Where do you guys think I sould put the bottle???

Here is a picture of my trunk...

I'm thinking to screw it in to the spare cover, in front of the amp. This way I can unscrew it and take it out when want to access the spare.
