So I did the GPS hack so I can enter in destinations. Only cut the grey wire on 28 and the mod works fine however my Supplemental restraint system light is blinking now. I have gone over all the harness' including the ones for the seat and cant find anything that has pulled out.

Does anyone know specific wires that might cause this on the seat harness? Or any other ideas?

Thanks!

Bump. Back in town and back to work on it.

Still havent figured it out! All wiring seems to be fine including pins in the female harness'. It is an 04 fx35.

Does resetting warning lights require a connection to the ecm or can I just disconnect the battery like a typical vehicle to reset warning systems (I already tried battery and didnt work)? Do I need to pull a fuse as well?

Does the silver metal bar that holds and retains teh clip for the front plastic peice on chair have any funcionatlity besides that? Is it posible i pulled to hard and bent it when trying to release the clip?

Trouble shooting it all before pulling the seat. Thanks in advance!

FIXED!

Got answer from another forum...not sure if links are allowed but it was Infiniti FX Owners Forum (The Org)

Copy and paste..

This is in reference to the little red airbag/seatbelt light -- the one that is in the middle of the gauges between the speedo and the RPMs.

Thanks to Ak1nza and bradical for finding this information.

HOW TO STOP THE AIRBAG LIGHT FROM BLINKING
--------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Turn ignition switch from OFF to ON.
2. Within 1 second after air bag warning lamp is on for 7 seconds and turns off, turn off ignition switch.
3. After ignition switch is turned off, wait for more than 3 seconds.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 two more times (3 OFF to ON sequences in total)
5. Turn ignition switch to ON.
6. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait for more than 1 second then turn it back ON.

The blinking airbag light should stop.

Took me a couple times. The ignition should be turned off when the red light turns off and starts bliniking. First time I counted seven seconds from when it started blinking.

Thanks for the help anyway!
