Weathertech Wheat floorliners

This has been asked before by Merchant and he went ahead to buy the ones in black.

I've a 2010 Mocha (Ext) with Wheat (Int)...will Wheat liners blend in well with the FX's Wheat interior...anyone got pics - would be very helpful in making a decision.

would appreciate any help...thanks!

Don't Get Tan Mats

Whatever you do don't get the tan mats. I have the wheat interior and the tan colored ones looked horrible, the color match is way off. By the way I'd like to thank "The Merchant" for posting the picture of the black mats in his wheat interior. Those look good, so much so that I sent my tan ones back and ordered the black ones. Good Luck, William :eek.: Here I am seeing what the tan mats look like !

2010 FX35 Cargo and Floor Mats

I agree 100% with you. I am at the dealer & got to see the Tan and Black color offered by WeatherTech. Tan is way off from the Wheat FX interior - It's more towards the Java Interior that comes from Infiniti.

Also, cargo mat from infiniti is no more like the old models (IMHO, it was cool). The new one is very thin (2 layered) - a very thin black rubber layer on the bottom topped with a very very thin carpet like material. It was not to my liking.

Since I had already decided to go for WeatherTech floor mats - I've decided to get the cargo mat as well from them and the color will be all BLACK.

Safe ride!

Just ordered a set of the weathertechs for mine also. First row only. I only drove someone in the back once. I have floor mats from advance auto parts which work great but the one on the drivers side doesnt fit that good b/c it covers some of the gas pedal. Plus winter will be here before we know it and I hate it when the salt/sand gets everywhere :-O

I also got the WeatherTech Digital Fit floor liners. Same comment...kinda plastic and hard, but very durable. In time, during the hot summer, the sides curled in some along the rocker panels. But I plan to run them all year, cuz I hate dirty carpet! Simply pull them out and hose them off.

Just wanted to reinforce just how awesome these liners are and a great way to protect your interior. When i was in high school my parents got a brand new 1994 Chevy suburban. We got these liners in right away. Well 16 years later my parents still have the suburban. Its been beat up with mud, garbage, salt, soil and manure from plants and crap you can think of. its a work horse truck where we did everything with it. Well they dont take good care of it anymore since no one drives it, but all i can say is if you took a peak under liners on the carpet, you would be amazed that the carpet is 16 years old.

I got the WeatherTech Digital Fit front mats for my birthday last year. They're a great investment and worth every penny (even if I had paid for them :wink (2):). I wasn't a fan of the WeatherTech logo on them however, and had my brother get me some replacement decals. He does quite a bit of vinyl work, and has a contact who does Liquidome decals. They're the same style as the WeatherTech decals, but with the Infiniti logo. I think they look great :)

If anyone is interested, I can check on pricing for a possible GB.

For those that have weathertech, do you remove the carpet mats completely or place these on top?

I've always placed my OEM infiniti winter mats on top of the carpet.

Get them Ed! I placed my WeatherTechs over on top of the OEM ones. These are one of the best things you can get for any car. My parents still have their 1994 Chevy Suburban since brand new. Its just a work horse for the family, i.e. garbage runs, hardware store runs, etc. We had WeatherTechs in there and even though the interior is pretty beat up by now, the carpets underneath still look new for 17 year old vehicle!
