Vibration

Need some help with something...if anyone has had this problem or are familiar with it. Ok, so i have a an '04 fx45 w/ 20" factory wheels. When i'm driving b/w 50-60 i get this pulsing vibration i can feel in the pedal and it's accompanied by a humming noise. I figured it may just be the tires or allignment, but i'm not sure at all. Any help/feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks:squigglemouth:

Factory tires? Any other wheel/suspension mods...spacers? Any steering wheel vibration? also any vibration to the pedal while braking?

Everything is factory on it...i just bought it about a month ago. I talked to service guy at carmax where i bought it (he also drives an fx45) and he told me it was due to the feathering of the tires. I'm familiar with feathering as i also have a cobra with a staggered setup, but the pulsing is too intense in my opinion to be feathering. It also gets worse when i make a turn at those speeds?????????it's aggravating.

my steering wheel has vibration too. also my pedal is vibrate while i brake. especially when i brake hard. its like eveything has vibrate. my steering wheel and my pedal.i realize something. while im speeding like 90 when i touch the brake (not push it too hard) everything vibrates. i couldnt figure it out :(( any advise??

I got the wheel vibration at between 50 and 60mph as well but only after I had my new 22's w/+15 offset and hankook 265/40/22 RH06's mounted.I'm thinking it's an alignment issue. After running it this way for a few weeks the vibration has become less.
My question is do you think that having a wider wheel offset with +15 would change things enough to require an alighnment. The tire heght is as close to the oem's as I could keep it in a 22".

i think thats the problem. first 1 month everything was normal. after it starts to vibrate. im gonna install my springs wednesday, also im gonna check my wheels too. maybe ill turn my rotors.

Find the vibration problem first before you do anything else. Keep the blame in one place . . the tires . start there
