Changes between 03-05 and 06-08 FX

Guys,

Am I correct in thinking that there were a number of changes between these model years? If so does anybody know where I can view a list of the changes?

- All of the models got color screens regardless of Tech or not.
- The cassette player is gone. Radio face plate has changed
- The seat adjustment buttons relocated to the side of the seat. It's not visible directly anymore
- The front rotors and calipers have changed. New rotors are thicker, calipers have a different pad type and are beefier
- 18" wheel design is different. 45s with sport got a different 20" wheels design
- The grille have changed. There's one more bar in the grille in 06-08 models
- After 07, they started to offer iPod gateway as option
- The suspension is (supposedly) more comfortable with each model (not solid, user opinions)

That's about what I can come up right now..
 
dont forget the whole interior redesign. almost everything inside is different in some way, mainly the dash and speedo area.
 
The only thing i really think the FX is missing is an auxilary input for iPods.
 
we can just ask John and see if you can transfer the steering wheel of an 06 to and 03 and up.. i dont see why not.. but he is the pro he will tell you more in details about it!

switching the wheel to the later iluminated is no problem, but either have to switch the clock spring/switch holder to the later style too or it may be able to rewire, haven't done it but tried a g37 steering wheel & it's about the same situation:wink:
