Here is a link on the HID install for number 2.
///3640&highlight=remove+bumper
By number 3 I'm assuming you mean the angel eyes. That's a little tough to do since it involves baking, drilling and wiring.
You need to do the following:
Before yo begin read the instructions twice. If something does not make sense, ask:
This would be a good time to install the inverters in place. using the instructions that come with the Angel eyes find a place to strap the inverters and properly wire for power. I've tapped into the wires going to my DRL's which right in that area. Some have extended the wire back to the fuse box and used the fuse posts. You're choice. Now plug the loose rings in to the inverters to make sure they all come on. If not trouble shoot and if failed do not continue until this part is done. you do not want to take the bumper apart twice.
1. Take off the bumper. See above link.
2. Disconnect the Fogs and set the bumper aside. The bumper will fall off once you undo the latches so be carefull not to scratch it.
3. remove the head lights by unscrewing the screws holding it in place. try marking the position to make sure they go back straight.
4. Disconnect all the wires to the head light. Make sure you count them and maybe label them with masking tape. The HID plug is a little tricky. Take your time to familiarize with how they lock and unlock. When removing the bulbs, it's extremely important not to touch the bulbs anywhere except the plastic part. The oil on the fingers will destroy the bulbs when they get hot, and you cannot clean them. If you can use gloves it's safer.
5. once the head lights are removed, unscrew everything that can and all electrical parts like ballasts and wires harnesses. Again, familiarize yourself with where everything goes and how they came out. If you can, take pictures you can use them later to make this into a good DIY.
6. once everything is removed, place one of the head lights into a baking oven and set the heat for lowest bake (not broil) temp. Notice that the glass lens is sealed to the black rear plastic piece with a glue like substance. The objective is to heat the unit until the glue is soft enough to be taken apart. IT IS UNNECESSARY TO HEAT THE LIGHTS UNTIL THE GLUE MELTS. Only until it's soft enough for the peaces to be pried apart. The baking time is not the same so you need to check every so often. DO NOT RUSH THIS PROCESS BY INCREASING THE HEAT.
7. Once out of the oven, everything will be hot and you wont have enough time before the glue hardens again. I suggest a wool glove to keep you fingers from burning and your fingertips smudging the inside of the lens. Use a flat head screw driver to pull back all the locking tabs and Begin preying the two pieces apart. You might have to repeat the baking part again to do this right.
8. Once the you're able to pull things apart, you are ready for the install. The gluse is very sticky so make sure it does not stick to anything that might get ruined. Make sure you do not touch the inside of the glass or drop anything that might smudge it. Also keep it completely away and cover it so dust and Debris from drilled plastic does not come in contact with inside the glass. It's really hard to clean it and not get it to fog up.
9. The AE's come with silver pieces that cover the wire. This makes the ring a semi circle. Everything except these partsvwill light up, so there will be gap in the ring. I've seen people with the gap on the top, bottom, and in an angle. I've chosen to have the large ones on top and the smaller ones in an angle, this was done because it was easier to drill a whole in the plastic and the wires would not show. Take a look at other installes to see which you like best.
Side note:
Since you have the lights taken apart, this would the best time if you want to also black-out the chrome, or replace the side-markers with clear reflectors. You do not want to repeat this process.
10. practice the position of the rings several times before drilling wholes. Once you're ready, I recommend removing the connector from the rings so you have only the bare wires going though the whole. This way the holes would be less noticeable. Also, remember that you need to take into consideration that all the stuff that you removed in earlier steps will need to go back in place and the new wires should not be in the way.
Connector removal: each ring comes with a square shaped connector, wrapped in heat shrink tube. Carefully cut the heat shrink tape to expose the connector fully. You'll notice that the end of wires that are inserted into the connector are exposed on one side. If you look closer, the end of the wire is held in place with a small raised locking tab that keeps the end of the wire from sliding out. The objective is to gently push the these tabs down with a sharp pin to slide the wires out. NOTE: mark one wire and the same side of the connector with a marker to make sure the polarity is correct when you put the connector back together. DO NOT RUSH THIS and DO NOT FORCE OR PULL HARD.
If you are not successful, fore go the removal and opt for bigger wholes.
11. once the position of the holes are determined, put some of the nearby components back to make sure they don't obstruct anything. If so, rethink the hole position.
12. Once passed the test fit. make the hole. I suggest taking a sharp nail or an ice pick and to make an indentation where the center of the hole going to be. This prevents the tip of the drill bit from sliding and damaging the paint. You may also try taping the drill bit in place to make the initial mark.
13. do not use the double sided tapes that come with the AE's. Find the best quality double-sided 3M tape you can find from your local auto parts shop. use the original tapes as templates to make new ones.
14. a test fit should have proven that perhaps the smaller ring is slightly smaller that the edge of the turn signal housing. you will need to place the tapes such that you keep this ring in place 3/4 of the way on the side that is away from the wire. This way you have the tape holding the ring on one side, and the wire holding it on the other. This size differance will not be visible unless someone pays close attention. Make sure you use rubbing alcohol to clean both surfaces for better adherence of the tape.
15. This is the step is the point of no return. before putting the connectors back together (if you've taken the apart), and before putting the pieces back together, you must test them.
16. Make sure that your power source if off. Plug the removed connector back in to it's counter part on the inverter and slide the wires just enough to make contact (if you've removed the connector) turn the power and make sure both rings come on. If not trouble shoot.
16. if everything works, pull everything apart and test to make sure the Angel Eyes are fully secure in place. Do a dry fit to make sure that you can put the lens back in place easily. Once everything is in order. Put the peaces back in to the oven with angel eyes facing up. Please note that the oven heat will also loosen the double tape so if they are not facing up, they will move out of place. I know this because mine did.
17. once you get it to right temp, push the pieces together to reseal them. you might have to use a bit of force and repeat the heating process for the lock tabs to fully fall into place.
18. repeat the same process for the other light. I would fully complete one light before I begin the other.
19 put all the bulbs and harnesses back
20. you might have to make small incisions in the plastic covers to run the AE's wires though the soft dust covers. one all the wire are sun though, connect all the wires back and test all the lights. Make sure to use the small heat shrink tubes to seal the ring connectors together. you can use a lighter to shrink it but becareful not to melt the surrounding wires and don't get the flame to close just enough for the heat to shrink the tube.
21. you are now ready to screw the lights back in.
22. If you haven't done so, install your FOG HID ballast as per instruction and change the bulb in the Fogs. once you've tested that the fogs also work...
23. put the bumper back on. Make sure to use you fingers to screw in the bolts since they can be stripped if they go in with the wrong angel. once at you are comfortable that they are in right then use tools to tighten.
Good luck.
