Most of us here that started the community in June of last year met each other through another forum.

The founder of the site, Jeff (FXLR8), put it on the map with Viet (Rookie). Both gents live here in Cali and it just took off.

Dr.2k, Psicline, GtoDave, TrainerKEN and Myself all live in the LA area and pretty much contributed and it is what it is now.

And not to leave off Frankiago and Krazie......both from the East Coast.:top:

actually Krazie is west coast too... NORTHWEST/Vancouver B.C. to be exact...
 
welcome to iS. the FX seems really popular out in California. I saw a whole lot when I was out there. It really is a haven for nice nice cars. i swear in a 1 minute span i saw 4 bentley gt's and if you go a couple more minutes it was probaby more like 7 total. funny thing i noticed when compared to dallas is that people in cali seem to have nice cars but smaller houses. for example, i saw a lot of houses that were smaller than my old house, and yet the cars they have are much nicer than the ones we had back then in general. now in our bigger house, especially when compared to some i saw, we have cars that seem on par with the LA ones. maybe its just the culture? but i really like it :biggrin:
 
probably, i remember one guy in the westwood had a little house, but i think he drove an SL 55. i know a guy here with an SL 55 and he has a huge house and owns the lot next door to have a pool and outdoor pavilion.
