you can always get a IS sticker and apply it on a bare license plate frame (not sure how the contrast will be since the letters are white).
also, you get stickers by supporting the site...

If you guys are serious - I suggest setting up a poll to see how many people are interested. That way you have an idea. Cuz if its only a hand full of people then its probably not worth it.

To do something like this someone would have to put money up and order by bulk to get the best pricing. This is a good idea, but I don't know about feasibility. Same thing kind of happened with the iS calender....it never happened.
