Installed a Stillen CAI

Installed the Stillen CAI Thursday evening. Only put about 50 miles on so far, but I am impressed with how smooth the engine is running. I could tell instantly. It appears I may have improved my gas mileage as well and that was my original goal. I really haven't stomped on it, so I can't tell if I have more performance. What should my next mod be?

u knew this would be my next question. Motordyne has a half dozen variations. Which one?

Most of us either go with the 5/16 or the 1/2
You can also get the iso thermal if you want......
I have it but didnt install the iso thing.

I might have this switched around - someone please correct me if im wrong:
the 1/2 gives you better top end.
the 5/16 helps out on the bottom end.

both 1/2 (11HP-14HP) and 5/16 (10HP-13HP) will give you a more Hp and add the ISO thermal spacer (1HP-2HP) also aids in heat soak.

I think both spacers will give similar results on the butt dyno.

Usually any Breathing mod you do, you loose a little, then when you do back end mods you start gaining some back. By just adding the Spacer your MPG does not suffer too much. If you're into Horsepower gains, Breathing mods are the best bang for your buck. And adding the Spacer will certainly give you a good kick in higher RPM's.
