Saw my first 09 FX looping around a turn-a-bout in Fairfield, Ca. today. It was a odd dark chocolate color. I really don't care for the new design bout was suprised at how wide and low it looked. The stance seems cool and aggressive, the big mouth does not. wonder if it's just an illusion due to the front end or if it's really that wide/low??

its just that much lower in the front. i'm lowered, and look how different things compare between the two.

seeing the 2 together I can honestly say I still like the original fx. I actually saw the new fx up in Sacramento a month back...looks pretty cool coming at you.

Yea I saw a few on the freeways here in L.A. and I saw one in my rear view mirror and at first I thought it was a G37 or EX cause it looked so low but as it got closer I realized it was the new FX. It really is lower then the stock FX of previous generations. But I still hate the exterior design with a passion!

Sorry guys I just saw your post. paid4c4 makes reference to our 90 Corvette convertible. 84-96 Corvettes are the 4th generation Corvette. The 90 was the first Corvette I managed to pay off. I started using the paid4c4 on corvetteforum.com many years ago and having been using it ever since. The 90 Vette has been gone many years when we replaced it with the 2003 50th anniversary Corvette. Hope that explains things.
