Snows VS All-Season Tires

On my stock wheels I ride snow's tires every winter but not until last year I used a set of P265/50R20 XL 111H B Falken Ziex S/TZ-04 siped. (I can't post link because I'm new to this site) I'll tell you i was very impressed on the amount of winter traction I gained on a set of normal all season tires. One of best things about working for a large tire retailer I get to test drive all different kinds of tires :6wink: So if you don't wanna spend extra money on snows just get your stock tires siped.... :top:

Anyone know of somewhere that does siping in the Inland Empire Area So Cal?

not tryin to be pessimistic, but, i doubt that putting a few slits in your tires is gonna double your traction or more.

i'm only referring to the guy's story about chirping his tires around a corner and then having to "try" to break them loose - and then where he claims to have climbed an icy hill in 2wd.
