OT: Run your car on H2O for $50

Has anyone seen this? I'm wondering what it would do to the performance of a regular car? I'll never try it on my FX, but I might consider putting it on my wifes QX56.

Don't have an old car. The QX is a lease and under warranty. Plus, it's a Gas Guzzler and if it works, great.
