I use a few plastic wire ties strung togeather to saw them off, can't hurt the paint, then rub/roll the rest off with your finger. adhesive removers would be a last resort & make a sticky mess... never use a screwdriver & avoid lifting one side of the emblem to pull it off with it partially cut cause it could dig into the paint on the oposite side
