My other Baby!

Here is a pic of my other baby that I built from the ground up.It is a 1975 Norton 850 Commando with combat cam,Head milled,polished and ported,barnet clutch,custom built exhaust,single mikuni conversion,sectioned down and rolled rear fender,drilled front rotor,custom paint.

very nice. I had a old Yamaha RZ350 (2 stroke street bike) and the seat looks similar to that (old school). :top:

I smoked a 750 2 stroke on the frwy.They did'nt call them SNORTIN NORTONS for nothing.They were the first superbikes.Britans awnswer to Harley's:top:

yes you are right, but a 2 stroke is not really meant for highway top end, more low end burst.

Anyways always nice to see such a clean bike.
 
Nice bike, i've always been a fan of the Norton's. I looked at a couple to purchase over the years but haven't bought one yet. The closest was a 1970 T100 triumph i had. Did you happen to attend the "Legends of Motorcycles" this year in Half moon Bay?? Brian
