Only if I could get one of you guys to give me an answer to the question I've asked a few times in other thread. You both have recommended that I get my FX tuned, or ProTuned.

For the mods you're planning.... if I am thinking correctly you were planning on installing a Stillen S/C with other mods, like headers, cats, etc. I definitely recommend a protune.

As for responding to this thread we can do +2 on N/A modded cars. :top:
 
Once you get the Stillen set up, get a feel for it and get settled in. Go get it dyno'd so you can see how lean or rich it is running. If you're running lean you need to add fuel, if you're not lean you're safe to either enjoy what you've got or move forward.

Thanks, but I read in another thread that someone installed a SC and ended up Blowing their engine beacuse they did not get it tuned.

can that happen???:eek:

Since you are probably the authority when it comes to the FX Awesomeness in SoCal (if not the world,) can you refer a dyno shop in LA? Hopefully, near Sherman Oaks...:smile:

You are about 50 minutes from Stillen. The more you get on the their good side the easier any other transactions or service will be from them. You might want to talk to f1fx since he has a stillen with extra mods, I am pretty sure he brought it to stillen so they could adjust the box a bit.
