Psiclne VS Cayenne

So Im heading back down to OC this afternoon - driving South on the 605 in the fast lane and Im goin 75mph.

I see this white Cayenne come up behind me, rides my ass, so instead of braking (which I normally do when someone rides my ass) I toss the shifter to Manual, down shift so the car slows......so he cuts over to my passenger side and guns it, so I think what the heck - I put the pedal to the metal too. He didnt pull from me but I didnt gain any ground. It was about a 1 & half cars. I think its cuz he got the jump on me (at least thats what Im telling myself). I didnt see what model it was or anything. All I know is that its white, limo tint all around, blacked out tails & wheels.

I stopped messing around when he started cutting in & out of the carpool lane.

So now im really curious about the Cayennes - looks like a base model has 290hp (Crank). I'd like to see one of these @ the track.....really curious!

290 crank HP and a whole butt-ton heavier :4tongue:

Might've been base... who knows, maybe they have a better top end somehow.
 
the new base cayennes are probably on par with a stock AWD 35 0-60...the S will be taken by a 45, the GTS is a beast but will get run over by the new FX50 which will probably only be a bit slower than the turbo.

I was actually surprised, that I didnt lose any ground.
 
Yeah - I was thinking I was gonna get smoked bad.....but I didnt lose any ground, bad thing is I didnt gain any either - so I guess its a wash........:squigglemouth:
 
My best friend has a cayenne V6 2006 and on the highway it goes so slow it is not like sport suv( like fx) it is already an exclusive and good car but i think that concepts are different
 
So In Europe we have many and many Cayenne...... If I'll find a 3.2 ; I'm sure that the 35 goes faster....... But if you have found a new GTS or a turbo i'ts a problem to stay on his back.. For the exayust pipes doesn't metter if you want you can buy it with the turbo look kit ... But they are original on turbo and gts. Now the car is a little bit changed in the engine and in the body. They have changed the head lights and the two bumpers.... I think that PSICLNE has found a GTS or a turbo!!!!!!!!
