Costa Mesa Infiniti closing on April 30th

FYI-

Dropped my car off this morning for warranty stuff and was told by the consultant that they are closing April 30th Costa Mesa Infiniti and merging with Tustin making it even bigger. I might have to take over there next week once they get the parts.

Just wanted to let you guys know

I think completely closing or "merging" as they call it... but the location will be close... I'm not surprise because when I was shopping around for the FX about a year ago... I stopped by there on the way home from Santa Monica around 7pm on a Saturday night... and they were already closed for the day(!). Dealerships usually open til later, especially on Saturdays because people buy cars on weekends more than weekdays... It did appeared as if business was slow
 
Just picked up my car. They said that Honda is taking over the entire Infiniti dealership and making in their used car part. I guess Tustin Infiniti got the dealership next to them and are making it the biggest in OC for Infiniti.
 
I got mine from Costa Mesa.....I havent been back there since. The guys at Tustin are jerks.....they wanted $800 a month for a FX35.....does it say idiot on my forehead?
 
Same as Will, bought my FX from Costa Mesa and never went back for service...too far. I think dealers give better deals to potential buyers that live farther away. The farther away someone is generally means they are not likely to go back to them for regular services. So they give a good deal and make there money off that one time sale. To were they would likely not make any cash off them if they did not give a better deal.

Cool people at Costa Mesa infiniti.....too bad they are merging.
