Installed my Magnum FORCE Stage 2 Cold Air Intake System

I have not had a chance to really go drive it, but I hope I like it better than the AFE. The AFE was loud. lol
 
it's a custom pearl that's mostly black, but in certain lights it changes on the highlights, theres a lot of different color pearls in it.. I just call it black pearl:smile:

well looks really good. Kind of looks like a black cherry in the pic. The grille came out really good also.
 
yeah, that picture was at night, by a backlit sign at home depot, was playing with pictures & avi's last night & stuck it up there... I'm playing with them again today so it'll be gone soon, it looks nice in black cherry though:smile: I'm lovin the new grille too, thanks :biggrin:

Well good job with your FX. Keep up the good work. Wish I had the amount of patience you have to do the things you do to your FX.
 
Resetting the ECU only helps it learn the new mods faster - but its not necessary. I never reset mine, too much trouble for me to reset all the stations and the mirrors and anything else that gets erased

Yeah, very true Will. Last time I reset it, I was getting horrible gas mileage. About 10mpg. Not good at all. Right now I'm doing about 17.3mpg so I'm happy with that.

That's weird coz last time I reset my ECU, all my radio presets were there and the same for my seats and steering wheel.

That is weird. How did you reset your ECU? By disconnecting your battery?
 
yea .. I unplug the negative terminal for about 1/2 hr. I dont even think you need to do it for that long, there's also the "other" way, but I think that's too complicated.
