I had John from Exclusive Auto-Detailing come by and give the ol FX a good deserved detail Saturday morning. I had run into his services on my350z -

My appointment was at 9am - he got there right on time.
gave it a good wash -
clayed it
buffed it
then sealed it.

I had some swirls through out the car - really noticeable on a black car.
Also had scuff marks on the rear bumper from taking things in and out of the trunk.
Thats all gone now.....very please with the work he & his partner did for my FX.

















You can see a huge difference from the pics I had taken at technosquare the day before......BTW its a mobile service, he comes to you.

I'm looking to get a good detail like that (and want to compare with some I've seen around here). The last guy ended up putting swirls ON, not removing them. Went to him to remove small scuffs and ended up with more

Really good guy, I just wouldn't have him touch the FX again.

I paid $300 for my package - for interior and exterior.
Hopefully John can give you guys more pricing info -

Very happy with the work. I should've taken some pics of the scuffs on my rear bumper and the swirls on my hood.

Best part about it was I didnt have to lift a finger - normally something like this would take me a full day....just for the exterior. :err: And I wasnt about to waste a day off cleaning the car.

Very shiney! Paint looks brand new.
A good detailing place is hard to find, I've been searching for one around my area for the after winter clean up with not much confindence in anyone yet.

mobile detailing here can exceed over $600.00 depending on what kind of package you get. i was looking to get just the exterior done after the winter..a 1 step program (full wash and wax, clay bar, 1 step abrasive compound, hand wax/seal) comes to around $400 for SUVs, and a 2 step program $450-500.

Hey everyone. Both cars were in great shape and belonged to the same owner. They were both basically brand new. Both cars got a new car prep. Anyway, it was drizzling when I started detailing and stopped throughout but started again when I was done!
