Zone 8 Wheels.. Yumm

I'm highly considering getting a red lipped or striped rim. I think it'd match my newly painted calipers very nicely. I'm also really really trying for a red theme to my engine bay.

Same here.. I love the Red and Black Theme..

The Grounding kit will be red and the STB will also be Red. then the Rear Bracing will be Red...

Yes....The Red outline of the rim would make my current setup look good and even better when I upgrade to a Bembro or a APracing BBK...

Just need $$$$ and time...:laugh:
 
lol, but I think I would go with anthracite w/ red lip, not black. Also, in the engine bay, most of my stuff is gonna be polished. Little things here and there will be red.

Subtle and not exagerated.. I don't want it to look like a Fire Truck...
The Grounding kit ant the Accented STB should be enough...

Yes, PLEASE PLEASE do NOT go with a red plenum. Red/blue/yellow... heck anything but stock, black and polished look horrible in FX/350Z/G35 engine bays. It's disgusting.

I'm waiting on when I get a KOYO extra thick radiator before putting them on. Everything that's not red or polished to a mirror will be black. Gonna paint all the tanks black, the caps black (possibly get a red oil cap) and still undecided on what I'm gonna do with the 350Z engine cover really... definitely not red. That's too large to make red... but maybe red accents or a red Infiniti logo.

I have something somewhat unique planned for the grill :wink:

Never took pictures, so I snapped a couple w/ my camera phone while I was checkin out my gay axle issues... I'll borrow someone's camera and take better pics. It's about 2 months old and still very glossy and very well done.

I noted some differences between my job and ones I seen at a car show.

For one, some tard painted their calipers while installed, brake pads and all and it looked atrocious with some splatter on his brake pad clips, another one put a BREMBO logo ontop of it when it was OBVIOUSLY factory painted calipers... yuck

I highly recommend G2 Caliper paint, but make sure you get all 4 in one day, different batches of G2 are slightly different shades (they produce it in a town I've been to before in the North West suburbs of Chicago :rolleyes:)

So is anyone actually gonna pull the trigger on this baller rims?

black wheel... hot. black wheel with shiny lip... hotter. black wheel with shiny black lip and a red stripe on a black car... holy hotness batman. why didnt they have any used black cars when i was buying my dg???
do it.. if it goes outta style and you actually care... sell em to me for 50$

VERY sick rims either like how the pic is or with a chrome lip. Never heard of that company though. If you end up getting them like they are in the pic it will match everything, you dont even have to get the bat overlays anymore..btw humberto, thanks for the help on such short notice, it worked at the end.

Wow iForged has some wicked rims, but i heard dealing with their customer service is a hassle...
the broze 7 spoke rims in the bottom row look wicked!!
 
Use a good dealer with any wheel company and it's usually ok. All of the wheels on the bottom are 1 piece monoblock wheels. Only 18 and 19s though.

The second from the right with a Black Face is nice..
