What Fastener is this?

I have a loose piece of weather stripping on my driver side door, that I'd like too fasten back down. I have looked all over online and cannot find a parts number or diagram for this fastener ANYWHERE! If any of you all have replaced one or know where the diagram is at and can lead me to it, I would appreciate it very much! Thanks you all.

I'm thinking this might comes with the weather strip. You might just want to take the driver side out and match it up with a generic one from AutoZone.
