Blinkers not working BUT hazard lights do

I’m currently having an issue on my 2017 QX70 where my turning signals are not working BUT my hazard lights do come on.

If I press my hazard light button the lights come on both headlights and taillights. Also displays on my dash

If I want to signal left or right nothing happens. I don’t get any ticking noise or light on the dash.

I have check the BCM module and everything connected to the M119 connector which gives signal to “turn signal RH LH” work other than the turn signals itself.

Reaching out to see if any fellow members have experience this or may know what can be the issue.

Yup, first thing I checked. All fuses were good even replaced majority of them with new ones. Also the ones under the front hood as well.

I wondering if the BCM may have failed but find it odd that everything within that connector works except the turn signals.

do our cars have any turn signals relay anywhere I can check?
