Mornin Folks. Today is the big day as it's the first day in weeks I've had the time to go after this project, and given the scope of work it just makes sense to try to knock it out all together.

Today I'm installing Ceika coilovers, Megan control arms, new sway bar endlinks and bushings, and the powerstop z23 evolution kit on my '09 FX50S. Any tips, tricks, words of advice, etc. before I go after it? I don't plan on going very low. 2" lower than stock is my goal, but we'll see how it all shakes out. Wish me luck, would ya?

Everything went in, mostly without a hitch. A few notes:
- Not a single complaint about the powerstop kit. Worth every penny.
- Megan control arms seem to be well thought-out, unless they are the cause of the following:
- Initially, the front was too low, albeit only 3" lower than stock. On the slightest bump there would be a loud knock (no scrape) which I can only presume with reasonable certainties was the control arms banging into the wheel arch. Now, admittedly, I had the struts set to their softest setting and the coils were lower than they should be. I've since adjusted both and only get this knock on the largest of bumps, but it does seem as though there should be a bumpstop to prevent this sudden impact. Maybe this is a question for ceika?
- the rear control arms are a breeze to adjust but I'll be dammed if the real coils dont damn near require you to uninstall them just to adjust them. I wish a true coilover were available, but in the meantime I'll just have to manage. Unfortunately, i need to go up about an inch in the rear, but I've run out of time.

P.s. my local firestone gave me grief about the "custom parts" and wanted to charge me an extra $120 for adjusting the rear camber. I complied, and yet they still only went from -4.5 to -3.3. Obviously I refused to pay the extra fee and went about my business, but now I have to find a place worth their salt to align the vehicle.
