Alpine ILX-W650 AND KTA-450 POWER DUO

Greetings All,

presently looking at upgrading my stock system to this Alpine Model for my 2007 FX35.

Has anyone installed it as of yet? would it work?

I have an 05 stock Bose and placed an order for it. Hopefully it goes welll.

Install went fine especially being a slim unit. Shaving down the stock trim to accommodate the 7” screen is the hardest part.
I do not have the power pack though.
USB for apple play is into the glove box.

Thanks for your response and posting the pics. Does the Alpine OS include the option for Apple Car Play without the USB?

It does not support wireless car play. Must be plugged in via usb.

Do a search. Many have done his. Some people have done super cool custom mounts on the factory screen.
