For the last couple of weeks, my wife has been complaining about her ‘07 FX35 has been idling very rough and as if it’s going to stall out on her. Replaced the spark plugs a few months back, I’ve cleaned the MAF SENSOR, cleaned the throttle body, and did the ECU reset. Everything was running fine for about 10 days and it’s doing it all over again. I’ve tried scanning it with a scan tool I have but unfortunately, it won’t give me a code. There is a fault but it says N/A on my scanner. What could be the cause?

There is probably a problem with your scan tool. If you are in the US, bring it to Autozone or somewhere else that will scan it for free.
You should go through the car and clean/treat all your ground points before you do anything else.
Most critical is your ECM ground. Its behind the glovebox. They do corrode even though they're mostly concealed from the elements.
I use DeoxIT on all my contacts religiously. Magic in a can.

Yes. You can start by moving the coil to another cylinder and see if the misfire follows it.
Father in law is popping by tomorrow with his scanner, I’ll be switching the coils and hopefully that’s the issue.
