Replace drivers door lock actuator on FX-37

Hello, after replacing all 4 lock actuators on my 2013 FX-37, another one went bad on the front drivers side. I decided to try it myself and ordered a re manufactured actuator online and, I am in the process of changing out out.

I have the door panel off and now see that it looks like I have to remove that panel that the power window motor and window regulator is mounted to.

Can somebody guide me on this procedure?

Drivers door lock successfully changed out, not that difficult.
