Memory seat stopped working. Fuse location?

Very similar situation: I installed paddle shifters on my EX37, and my seat memory quit working. After a lot of research, it seems like the problem is with the alignment of the power steering adjustment (the in and out).

From what I’ve been able to gather, they’re tied together and when you install the paddle shifter bracket, it throws it out of alignment and it no longer works. I haven’t taken the time to tear in to it, but may tackle it this weekend.

Hi Bryan. Did you had the opportunity to check this? Mine is still not working.

I read somewhere on the forum that some people had this issue. One user mentioned that they went to the settings on the main screen and turned the Auto retract seat function off and then on again, save the seat memory again and then it worked.

Settings—> other—> comfort scroll down to slide driver seat in exit.

I think that’s it. Redo your memory seat after that. The memory seat set and reset doesn’t work unless the car is on and it’s stationary. Park position.

RE,
I haven't it on my menu .... I haven't "Other" in setting menu :( i thinks my version is older taht yours.
BUT
Everything is OK now :)

When I had remove the motors of the column for manualy to tilt up (because the tilt motor is fail and my column was full down)
I hadn't align correctly the harness bracket of the tilt motor.... just few milimiters but its enought to make a module break down.

I hope my experience can be useful for someone.

Hi everybody.

I'm having exactly the same problem since last night when I installed Paddle Shifters adding the needed bracket.

I can manually adjust the seats, the mirrors and the steering wheel. But the seat and the steering wheel are not automatically retracting when I enter or exit the car. The options are ON at the Settings menu. Also the SET, 1 and 2 button doesn't even light upon anymore.

I have tried the "re initialization" methods on the service manual. Also disconnected the battery from some minutes, and nothing.

This is driving me crazy. Everything was perfect on my QX70 until this.

I hope somebody can come out with a possible solution.

Thanks guys.

I am having this same problem with my 09 fx35, were you able to fix this problem?

I have same issue as yours, the SET, 1 and 2 doesn't light up anymore.
Did you fix the issue?

Kinda similar issue. I pulled the car interior on my QX70, seats, center console, carpet, installed sound deadener (loud cabin noise should be another thread) and reassembled everything. Everything works except the forward/reverse and seat back leaning motors. Lumbar works fine. This tells me power is getting to the seat however the dc electric motors for forward/reverse and seat back are not. The memory module sits between power into the seat and the motors to my knowledge and investigation. The memory buttons on the left side door don't work either. Passenger seat works fine. Thoughts?
