MOA BG Oil Additive (Dealer Recommeneded?)

Hello All
So when I went the last time the dealer recommends for my car that I do an oil "treatment" (MOA\BG) on my next oil change. They gave me the whole spill on protecting the engine and yada yada. My question is has anyone tried this and recommends it? Does it really work? or is it another cash flow income for the dealership?? If so can i put it in myself instead of paying the $$$ at the dealer?

My car is at about 94k miles. While on the topic I have 2 KN filters. Does anyone recommend using KN or not? Do they let small particles in or should i change back to my stock filters or something better?

Sorry for all questions but they are all related.
Thanks

This is a really good question and I’d like to know too. When I had a g37 Infiniti never recommended an oil additive and now it’s on some of their websites in MD. I’m curious about this product.

Interesting! I was under the impression that "newer"synthetic oils already have additives to help preserve the engines.

Thanks Im still waiting to see if someone has any input on this. Hopefully someone who has any experience using this or knows anything about it can share their experience.

Too be honest I’m considering doing it myself. There’s like a few services, one is an oil flush and the other is like an oil additive. According to YouTube people are swearing by it with the exception of a few videos that don’t like it.
