Tampa Area Mechanic Needed

I'm in Wisconsin, my FX50 is in Clearwater. I flew to FL to buy it and deployed the drivers side airbag after 40 miles. It's at the dealership where it was purchased and they want insane amounts of money for parts and installation. I've sourced the parts at a fraction of the cost and am looking for a mechanic to install them, reset needed safety stops, and also confirm I have no frame damage after hitting a curb at 40 MPH (larger hood/quarter panel gap). I can't help with mechanics in Tampa, but I suggest that you look into having the car shipped to Wisconsin. I think that you can probably have it shipped for around $500. This way you can do some of the work yourself, or have a local mechanic take care of it. It would be much easier dealing with someone local for the repairs. Check with your insurance company to see if they might cover the cost of shipping.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just learned one of my customers is in FL regularly and often times is looking for a back haul. Would probably cut me a break.
