I've got a 2003 Infiniti FX45s low mileage tastefully modded has nismo exhaust and cold air intake I'd love some performance upgrades suggestions or mods to further my project thinking about coilovers I have some upper front and lower rear sway bars not sure if those are factory any input would be much appreciated
 
I'd throw coilovers on and just enjoy it.
The strut tower brace you have is aftermarket and is a great mod for the FX.
With a nismo exhaust and intake im sure it sounds great. For more performance I'd recommend test pipes and a tune - probably need to custom fit test pipes from a G/z like I did for my 50 - unsure of the VK45 aftermarket.

So upon further investigation my mechanic shop tells me I've found a diamond in the rough and at just over 53k there's not a tick or a drip of oil ANYWHERE I've got what appears to be eibach springs and some kind of custom exhaust system i do have rear lower braces as well I'm deff considering buying coilovers and upgrading the exhaust system as i mentioned before i was able to track down some aftermarket exhaust manifolds that I thought to remove the cats and just go test pipe have a CAI so a tune would be a good idea
