Key FOB beeping

Has anyone had a problem with the beeping going off while you're driving from the key fob alert? I have this problem unfortunately. It's intermittent but it happens while I'm driving. What's the deal? Is there something that could be setting it off? It happens one time a month ago and then just started happening again yesterday and now today. I switched key fobs6 too just to see if was that one key fob. Nope
 
Could the battery be low in the fob(s)? I think mine did that in my previous EX35 when the batteries were low and the car did not read the key for a moment while it was running.

That's what I thought at first. But replaced both batteries at the same time. One fob I used for the last year and a half and the other just sat on my key hanger. And it does it with both. How long are the batteries supposed to last?
 
This thing still does the beeping while I'm driving. I changed the battery in the key fob too. Does anybody know where the module in the car for this is? Fuse?

Are you sure it’s the key fob and not the car beeping for the LDW system?
 
What’s the LDW system? I’m having the same issue. No accompanying dash light, just the beeping. Already changed the batteries
