Need help with part # and how to remove this part

So I found a slight dent on this plastic part on the rear door. Not a big deal but it just bugs me not having a perfect body. Does anybody know the part number to this part and how to remove it?

Can't help you with that...

My middle piece... Kinda like what you want but the pillar that would be between the front and back windows (on the back door) is rusting and bubbling and just bugging me... I think I found that piece on that page and it seems pretty cheap! Just have NO idea how to access it LOL! And luckily ALL these parts were painted black by INFINITI so I don't have to worry about colour matching...
