Help with cleaning stock alloy wheels

Owner of an 07 fx35 with 20 inch painted aluminum wheels or alloy not sure what they are

Stock

Front two wheels are stained badly and rear just a bit

Seems like tire shine or brake dirt not sure but I just can't get them to clean up

I've tried meguiars wheel cleaner and soap and water, even alcohol lol

Simply green everything I had in my home

Nothing removes those nasty stains

Any help would be appreciated

We have something similar on G37. Ours were damaged by the previous owner, that probably used a very harsh wheel cleaner. The only solution is to refinish the wheels.
