does anyone know how to remove the woodtrim on the door panel of 2010fx 35? please help

You need to take the whole door panel off. Behind that door panel are 8-10 screws holding it in. Once removed the wood trim pops right off

Just out of interest what are the available options to either replace or recover the wood, Its the only thing I don't like about the interior?

Vinyl wrap or send them out for hydro printing or dipping. You can chose other patterns or Siple gloss black.
