Without my FX for 1 or 2 months

sorry about your ongoing situation. i had my share of interior and exterior scratches with glendale infiniti through the years and they resolved them once i got to the service manager. one of the last visits i made an effort to inform him (manager) that this happens so much that i even witness other owners finding out their cars scratched after service on multiple occasions.

hope it gets resolved soon so you can join us with cheryl at metro :biggrin:.
 
You can't blame them for wanting to make sure they specifically damaged it, but either way you shouldn't be paying for it to be fixed.
 
o no i have no problem with them investigating i would love to know who the person was and i have seen so many people there complain. One time after my service i was talking to the manager, this one guy was getting his service done as well when they braught the car back out he claimed he had an extra 90 miles on his car which was surprising to me to see something like that

yeah, your better off taking your FX to Cheryl. It's a little further from you, but it's worth the drive. It's not every day you have to get service. lol

hope things get resolved for you soon.
 
wow that sucks... sorry to hear. If they really are not willing to fix it maybe you can cover up the damage with the oem lip spoiler :)
 
im realy starting to consider Cheryl.... and pmanilu i like the lip spoiler but the other day i saw those russian body kits i contacted them i havent gotten a answer yet
 
i just got her back shes getting a bath right now friday i will have a full detail for her then off to stillen day she looks brand new there is no feeling like any other than being in the FX
