Wiper motor/tank replacement 07' FX35

Hi All,

More FX missions ahead for me soon.

Besides re-replacing both engine belts because the CarQuest ones I just put on a few months ago are squeaking like crazy. It's finally time for me to replace the washer fluid tank that wasn't working when I bought it back in November.

In talking with my friend at the dealership he said to remove the left front tire and go at it from there.

So, I'm just checking to see if any of you have any experience replacing one?

In info would help. If Not I will most def write up a report after.

I removed my windshield washer bottle and pump.

I removed the front bumper to do it, made access really easy.

On that note, I have the washer bottle, and pump off my 08 FX35, I never use the windshield washer fluid since I hate it, if you need it let me know.

I bought one from the Dealer a month or so ago, $150 bucks if I remember.

Just waiting to have a chance to install it. Seems like every weekend I have an issue to deal with and can get it to the shop for repairs.

I'll keep the bumper idea in mind if access through the wheelwell won't allow it.
