windows roll down with remote but not up?

ive read that all models should have the ability to roll windows up and down with the remote. mine is a 2003 fx35, and the front two windows roll down, but will not roll up if i hold the lock. is that normal for this model/year?

yup. only down, not up.

yea but if u put the key in the handle and twist it the other way to unlock i believe it rolls them back up
