Hi there everyone, this is my first post.

Im actually on the G35 Driver.com forum. I bought a set of 350X rims for cheap and planned on using them as a winter set. I have since lowered the car and have decided to not even try and just park the car for winter.

I have listed the rims for sale and a 2006 FX owner seems interested for a winter set as well. He asked me if they would fit, i assume they would. I tried using the offset calculator but i dont know anything about the FX trucks. hopefully someone can tell me if these would fit the FX.

Bolt Pattern is 5X114.3
Front Size: 18x8.0 Offset: +30mm Weight: 26.56lbs Tire: 225/45-18 Rear Size: 18x8.0 Offset: +30mm Weight: 26.56lbs Tire: 245/45-18; 265/35-18 will also fit Also have a set of winter tires sized 245/55/18 wondering if they would work with the rims on the truck. thanks for any help sorry if its repeat i did try searching but nothing helped. if there is a link please forward me it thanks again.

forum has too many rules i can't post links to the pictures so im going to type them out you might have to edit them a little bit.

The wheels will fit but just need to get the right tires. If the front and rear wheels are the same specs why are the tires sizes different? If the FX is a AWD, I don't recommend the different tire sizes as it may throw off the AWD system and VDC.

The 03-05 FX's with stock 18's are 8in in width and +40 offset. But I do not know the stock 18 spec for the 06-08 FX's but I would suspect they are the same. So these wheels will fit with the +30 offset but the tires will need to be changed out to get close to the oem spec of 265/60-18.

Hey Guys,

I am sorry for bringing up an old thread, but after searching and searching this is the only thread I can find that somewhat talks about the issue.

I have a friend who wrecked his 2003 350Z Base( with 17s)

as most of you know im buying a 2007 FX35 with 18s, now thinking for snow tires, of the 17s from the Z. does anyone know if all the measurements and everything will fit the FX correctly and not cause handling issues or any thing like that.

It will fit if you go with 265/65R17 tires. There aren't many good choices on the tires in that size. I think the wheel is way too small and the too much side wall on the tire. It will change the ride and handling. And its not going to look good... too much rubber.

In general more rubber is better for winter tires? am i wrong in that statement? ya i agree 18s would look much better, or upgrade my summer tires to 20s and keep the 18s for winter, but infact the 18s have new tires on them maybe I wont need the snow tires though I guess ill have to go threw a winter and see how it acts

They will fit, offsets are close enough and the hub bore is the same. For winter, narrow tires are better, not wide. But if you needed a set of winter wheels and the 17"s are free or something, it will work.
