So i now drive my JBT BBK for a while and like the way they brake. Thing is that the front set is starting to tremble when i hit the brake pedal. Something wich my OEM setup did also.
I was wondering if any other BBK drivers have this issue as well, as i'm doubting if this is to blame on JBT but maybe is an issue from the start with our FX as my oem rotor did the same.
IS the whole cunstruction too weak.....?? Are our hubs too blame......??

I know some people here in the netherlands who have the same problems....both with oem rotors and with JBT BBK's as well.

Anyone...?? :err:

I had this issue with my OE's and it turned out to be glazed pads. I roughed them up them and then did the proper break in for pads(burnishing)---Problem gone.

After roughing up the glazed surface of the pads with some course sandpaper or some type of abrasive then--

1) Drive on a straight smooth road at 50 km/h

2)Use medium brake pedal to come to a stop. Stop time should be between 3 to 5 seconds long.

3)To cool brake system, drive the vehicle at 50 km/h for 1 minute without stopping.

Repeat this sequence 10 or more times to complete the burnishing procedure.
