Why do his DTRL look so bright

LED blinkers wired to the DTRL. I was in the process of doing that but it was hard to find LED'S to match the HID'S correctly. I went through a couple LED bulbs to test the color next to the 6000k bulbs i have in. The color was never exact. It has to be the camera he's using that makes it seem all the the same color. Looks good on video but in person might be a different story. I think he chose a bad spot to put the strobes. Looks kinda ehhhhh to me having the strobes down there.
 
i was going to say wat so special about the light than the seizure feast show up, is there other purpose to the strobes other than being cool for 5 secs? how is that even legal?
