White Spots On Exterior Plastic - Need Advice

The plastic on the exterior of my FX has a few spots on it. They are really bugging me and are most noticeable when it gets washed. I don't know if anyone here has had this problem and successfully fixed it. I don't know what to use on it and also don't want to use any harmful chemicals that may make it worse.

I think its a wax residue.
try do wash it out with a APC and Black Wow on the top.

Next time protect black trim or avoid these areas when waxing.

Thanks! Is there a particular type of APC i should look for? Or are all types safe?

Looks like wax---Clean with Dawn and then use some Turtle Wax Ice Protectant it goes on clear and leaves no residue. Great stuff for all surfaces on your ride goes on easy and buffs out easy.

This last pic looks like buffer scratches the Ice should cover these up as well.

i've got tons of these on mine also. it from wax that gets there despite my effort to avoid this from happening. you will find a lot of black restoration products at autozone. try some.
