Does anyone know where to purchase the SV8.5/SV7 bases in bulk? These are the "end caps" to the de3175 light bulb. I wanted to create my own SMD LEDs and also use the dome light housing as a power source for a fan. 
I found bulk high power SMD LEDs, but can't find the caps anywhere. I've exhausted all key words on Google and can't find anything. Surely there has to be a supplier (like GE) that sells these.
