wheel turned inside

hi there, today was snowing and i skided into a crub and hit the right front wheel relly hard .. and now the wheel is toward the inside .... and the strering wheel is meesd up wen u drive its not stright do yous think its angilment ?????

bent either a tie rod end, a steering knuckle, or the lower control arm... an alignment shop should be able to tell you what's bent, if it's slight then maybe it can be adjusted without changing anything, but most likely not

damn dawg .. you're just not having any luck huh? It looks like something is bent, can't really tell from the picture of what is bent. Take a picture of the inside.

$$$ depends, if your going to the dealer pick up a nice size tub of Vaseline first, you'll need it why the dealer? any good mechanic/alignment shop should be able to take care of this...

lol yea we could its my 1st time with the rear wheel drive bias it skid from the back and i dodge the car in front but hit the curb i had an acura tl 4 so fwd

from those shots, the tie rod looks fine, so your down to the knuckle &/or the lower control arm, could be either/or & could be both too really. if it's JUST the knuckle then it MAY have enough adjustment in the tierod to compensate & you may be able to get away without replacing anything... is the wheel just turned but still straight up & down, or does it look like the bottom is in too?

thanx john the stering wheel is stright but the wheel is tilted inside like wen u dunt turn lil bit to right its turn inside u have 2 drive it with sterring wheel 1/4 to the right

most likely pulled the knuckle a bit, may straighten out with just an alignment if it's not too bad, don't look too bad really, might get lucky here...

it really depends what road you're on. back when we had our little ice storm, i could spin the tires while going 45 mph in 2nd gear on this one road, but not on others. now i see why i hit the curb that one time my front right wheel just has a hard time i guess.

thanx guys u guys da best the stealership did the alignment 1 month ago and iam gonna have them do it again cuz i told them the alignment was bad since they did it and now it started turing left lol

did the same thing if you look at my other thread, i bent my lower control arm
