Wheel adapters to convert 5 lug to 6?

Ok guys a friend of mine has a set of 2011 22" qx56 rims for sale.can I run these if I get a set of 5 to 6 lug wheel adapter?I'm worried about the rims sticking out of the wheel well...

I know I can find them online...I wanna know if the tires will stick out?and if anyone has used adapters before..

We need the specs to find out if they will stick out too far. As for adapters, yes some have used them and a good place to buy adapters is http://www.motorsport-tech.com/wheel_adapters.html

QX Wheel specs are 22x8 30et. Motorsport tech has a 5 to 6 conversion, minimum thickness is 35mm. This will make the qx rims have a -5mm offset which will position the rims 45mm outwards from the stock fx rim position.
