got a small dent from someone in the rear bumper behind right wheel; just a slight scratch on the sheet metal, but the bumper got it bad ... do it myself? or get it done somewhere; the raw bumper is 500, i already had some slight distortion in it, would like a new one ... are they hard to replace? or try to rub out dents and paint myself?

i'll get a pic tomorrow ... been really busy ... new intern from Germany and we'll replace his Ford alternator tomorrow; got the insurance, overkill, so could do some repair myself and call it a day; shop said they could cover a couple of other little dents, so smells like they want to pull me in; i've done my own body / paint work before so have no problem, but one little dent just outside of the bumper needs to be spooned and i do know a guy; sounds good to have a new bumper, but i can rub this one and paint and be happy; got other little dents anyway ... new is nice, but i don't want to have to worry about every little thing, and you'd have to look close to see anything after i'm done - so now i'll look for instructions on how to remove the bump :)
