What tire pressure do you keep in your tires?

We have 20's on our 35. The ride is very firm which I'm used to and is ok with me and the wife. I suspect others may object to the ride, I read on another forum that keeping 32 pounds of air pressure softens the ride, but which I suspect will greatly reduce tire life. I'm going to check our tires tomorrow and just want to put the right amount of air in the tires. Opinions please.

I've been with discount tires for 5 year now I own a fx45, I test drive a new set of tire every year right now on my 20's are falkens. The best tire so far are the yokohama geolander H/T but this november I'm going to ride the yokohama YK520 . As far as psi goes 32 if is fine just make sure to keep them rotated every 6000 miles.
