OK, so from reading up on all the great threads thus far, and measuring the Akebono calipers and my aftermarket wheels... looks like I will need 20mm spacers up front.
I might as well go with 20mm out back as well? Any Reason not to?

I see two kinds of spacers online... I am going to go with the Hubcentric type that have extended studs and slip on spacer. Do I need to search by spacers for FX50 up front and FX45 in back or fx45 all around? THinking about these in front and back... any thoughts?
Im looking at these for front and back

There's no difference in spacers for FX50 and FX45, same bolt pattern and hub bore. Why do you want replacement studs? It's a lot more work to install for no real gains. You have to press out your old studs and press in new ones. And if you ever change wheel spacer size, you may have to do it again. With a 20 mm spacer, just get bolt on spacers. They make them as narrow as 15mm. I run a 15mm and 35mm right now, no issues. I had a 25mm on my car until last week, no issues.

With bolt on spacers, it's as simple as unbolting the spacer. I've installed spacers with separate studs, I'm not doing it again unless I have to.

That type works fine but not sure of the brand? I have 20mm on all four corners - Ichiba V2 spacers. At stock height you will be fine. If your suspension is lowered, you can rub the tire on the rear fenders and need to roll them.

+1 on quality bolt on spacers h&r or ichiba are good ones. Been running 25mm spacers with bolts already on it for over 3 years, through rough and thin without issues. Just make sure u clean the hub lip really well before installing, adding a small amount of anti seize on the back side wouldnt hurt either

I would go with 25mm or 30mm with the H&Rs
it will put stock rubber right in line with the fenders

Right now I am working on running 45mm up front with 40mm out back.
Rolling and stretching the fenders and going 1 1/2" lower on my eibach springs

+1 on H&Rs DRM series / easy to install and great quality.

I have 20mm and 25mm that have been on for 6 months and love it.

I'm actually ordering some wheels shortly (have 3 choices) so I will sell my H&Rs wheel spacers shortly. Let me know if you're interested in these.

I used the 25mm up front (after reading other posts / reviewing results) and 20mm in the rear. Once i'm allowed to post pictures I can post - or I can share via email.

Thanks
