I see a lot of people are going with the 4300K or 5000K. I'm debating which color hid for my fog lights.

1. Yellow 3000K

or

2. 4500K to match the OEM hid

Decisions, decisions, decisions?!?!?:eek.:

During summer months I like to run 6k. But all the other seasons I drive through a lot fog so I run 3k.

5k is nice. I got 6k in mine and its a little too blueish. All depends on what brand you get though because they vary.

I used to do 6000k for the white look, but got sick of them. I now run yellow fogs and like th elook. Plus, they are much better is fog/weather for distance.

I already voted but I personally prefer a full color match, if you go with 4300K make sure all your bulbs are the same.

I just can't decide. I've had yellow fogs before and LOVE the functionality, but I really like the look of the color matched bulbs on the FX. I may do yellow fogs and only take pics from the back from now on...

3000K all the way......

It actually starts off a little greenish/blueish when they are warming up to yellow.

What brand hid kits did you get? I got a set of 3K hid lights and they are not yellow at all. Mine has a slight yellow tint, and I want more yellow like yours.

Many people tend to use the 6K to match their headlights. 8k will probably too blue and not match

I have 4500k on my fogs (ddm) and 5000k for my lows from morimoto. I like the slight offset. Looks stock except a bit whiter on top. The 4500k fogs actually matches really well w/ the 5k headlights.
